How do I add tracking links to physical orders?
Adding tracking information for physical orders is a great way to keep your supporters in the loop about their purchase. You can add shipping tracking links for any physical orders you sell through Ko-fi Shop and Commissions.
Step-by-step guide
- Head over to your Payments & Orders section. Filter to "Shop Orders (not shipped)" or βCommissions (not completed)β to find your pending orders.
- Find the order you want to update and click on the three dots (β¦) beside it. This will open more options for that specific order.
- Select βMark as Shippedβ. This option is where you'll enter the tracking details.
- In the provided field, enter the tracking link given by your courier. If a direct link is not available, click βor add tracking numberβ then input the tracking ID and courier name.
- Tap βMark as Shippedβ again to complete the update.
Voila π your tracking link is added, and your order is marked as shipped.
What happens next?
Your supporter automatically receives an email with the tracking link or the courier details. This keeps them informed about the status of their order and reduces queries about where their order is.
