Set up shipping for your Shop

Creators can set two shipping prices for each physical item: one for solo purchases, and another for when the item ships as part of a larger order, called Price with others.

Shipping prices are calculated using the highest Shipping price in the order, plus the Price with others for each additional item.

To set your shipping prices, check your courier’s rates for each destination based on your item’s packaged size and weight. Learn how to calculate shipping prices.

Create a shipping profile

Shipping profiles let creators set shipping rates once and apply them to as many shop items as they like.

In Shop settings, scroll to the Shipping profiles section and click Create a profile to add a shipping profile.

  • Offer worldwide shipping: Good for global sales at a consistent rate, ideal for lightweight, easy-to-ship items like stickers. Specific destination prices override this rate.
  • Add destination: Continents or countries the creator ships to, each with its own rate. If worldwide shipping is off, only supporters from listed destinations can purchase.
  • Shipping information: Estimated delivery times, the shipping service used, and how supporters will receive tracking updates.

  Tip

Many creators keep destinations simple by choosing continents rather than individual countries.

Once all the information is added, click Create profile to finalize and save the shipping profile.

Managing shipping profiles

Creators can edit or delete any shipping profile they’ve already created.

Shipping profiles that have already been created can be edited and deleted from the Shipping profiles section.

Adding a shipping profile to products

To assign a product to a shipping profile, click Assign on that shipping profile.

In the pop-up box, creators search for the item, select its checkbox, and click Assign product to complete the process. This automatically adds the shipping rates and costs from the shipping profile to the assigned products.

Request a phone number at checkout

Some couriers might need a phone number for delivery. When the phone number checkbox is ticked, supporters buying physical items must provide one at checkout. This setting is optional, so creators only need it if their courier asks for a phone number.

To turn this setting on, go to Shop settings and scroll to Additional settings. Ticking the checkbox saves the setting.
