I can't see creator's content after supporting
If you’ve supported a creator to unlock content, you'll need to create a Ko-fi account, and your payment should be linked to your account. You can check your subscription in your Account Settings or find a record of your payment in the Payments and Orders page.
The common issues are; not having a Ko-fi account, not linking your payment to your account, or simply not having the right access. Let's walk through some simple steps to access to content.

If you think you were logged in when you supported someone, try using a different device or browser. If that doesn't do the trick, clearing your cache often helps sort out a few hiccups.
If you're having trouble accessing the creator's content, here's a few things to check:
Accessing content if you supported as a guest or weren’t logged in
If you don't have an account or paid as a guest, check your email for a message from Ko-fi. The subject for the email usually is “You supported Creator on Ko-fi”. The email will show who you supported and what you bought. It will also guide you on how to link your purchase to either a new or existing Ko-fi page.
After linking your transaction, you'll be able to access the content hassle-free.
Unable to access content due to payment or subscription issue
If you're having trouble accessing content due to a payment or subscription issue, here's what to check:
Subscription overdue: Verify if your subscription is overdue in your account settings. Follow our guide here to resolve overdue status.
Pending payment: Check if your payment is pending on the Payments & Orders page. Learn more about pending payments here.
One-time donation: Note that one-time donations grant access to a creator’s content for 30 days. After this period, you will need to renew your access with a new payment to the creator.
Qualifying shop purchase: Shop purchases may unlock content, but it depends on the creator's settings. If you're unable to access content after a qualifying shop purchase, the creator may need to enable access. Reach out to them for clarification. I’ve paid but I can’t watch any videos
To watch certain videos, maybe you'll need to enable cookies. Follow these steps:

Make sure you are logged in and navigate to the creator's profile page.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find cookie settings.

Select "Accept all cookies" or set your own preferences.

After adjusting your settings, refresh the page. Videos should now play without issue.
