How to cancel a subscription to a creator

If you no longer want to subscribe to a creator, you can cancel the subscription at any time.

  1. Log in to your Ko-fi account and go to More > Account and Billing.
  2. Scroll down to the “Subscriptions” section, where you’ll see all your active subscriptions.
  3. To cancel, tap on “Don’t Renew” next to the subscription you want to end.
  4. After you cancel, you’ll usually continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period. You will not be charged again.

If you can’t see your subscription, just reach out to us with the following info:

  • The creator’s link you supported
  • Date of payment
  • Amount of payment
  • The email you think you used
  • The PayPal email you used, if you paid by PayPal
  • A list of any other emails you may have used.
