Two-factor authentication provides added security to your account. When activated each time you log in, a unique 6-digit code is sent to your email to verify it's you. It's an extra layer of security to help prevent unauthorized access to your Ko-fi account.
How to Activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Email Token
Go to Account Settings and select Set Up Now.
Select Email Token (other methods coming soon) and your confirmation code will be sent to your registered Ko-fi email.
Use your 6-digit code to verify set up of 2FA.
I Did Not Receive My Confirmation Code
Request another code to be resent and check your email's spam and junk folders.
Remember that your code will be sent to the email registered to your Ko-fi page. The registered email can be found in your Account Settings page.
If you still have not received the code, raise a support ticket.
After verifying your page, each time you log in, you will be prompted for your 2FA code which will be sent to your email.
I Did Not Receive My 2FA Code
Make sure that you have set up 2FA correctly (see above).

I Have Lost Access to the Email Registered With My Ko-fi Account
Try to regain access to your email or set up a new Ko-fi page.
If this isn't possible, raise a support ticket including your old Ko-fi email and the new Ko-fi email you would like to register.
My Account Has Been Compromised/ Hacked
Please raise a support ticket.
Disconnect 2FA
Head to Account Settings and select the Cog Icon then select Disconnect.
